We ship internationally from Malaysia to almost all countries with valid address except PO box address. If your country and/or state are not listed in the country selector, kindly contact us.
We typically ship orders within 3 business days upon receiving your order and payment. During peak and holiday season, things will sometime go beyond our control and take longer to ship out the package. We will keep you posted via email and update in your account once the package is picked up and ready for shipping.
All orders are shipped through Express Courier, it will take approximately 1 or 2 days to reach the destination, depending on the area of delivery. A tracking number will be provided for you to trace the shipment.
Orders are shipped through Air mail or Express Courier. Air mail generally takes 1-3 weeks, and, Express Courier takes a few days to reach. However, it can take longer to deliver during peak and holiday season or due to delay in customs office. Both shipping options are fully trackable.
Shippping & Handling Charges
The shipping & handling charges of all orders are calculated based on weight and location to be delivered which will be shown during checkout. In some cases such as an oversized item, we may require an additional shipping cost and if so we will contact you.
Customs & Duties
Any customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control whether a package gets delayed and/or charged duties and taxes by the customs office in any international country.
Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. Sale items may not be returned. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, and have smoke odor, there will not be any refund. Craft Passion Shop will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 5 working days after the confirmation.
